Wesley McGee

Wesley McGee is EyeMarker's President and Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the operations of the corporation. His core objectives revolve around implementing both decisions and initiatives to maintain the smooth operation of the firm. Mr. McGee's past performance included President and CEO of CommSite International, a site acquisition and tower development company. He was charged with building an 80-person company and raising $20MM in equity financing and $30MM in Debt. After CommSite, Mr. McGee acted as President of SiteSafe, Inc, a radio frequency safety/wireless engineering company which grew from $1.0MM to $8.0MM in 3 years. The company was sold to Crown Castle for a significant gain to stockholders. Mr. McGee has acted as CEO of several organizations ranging in size from 30-300 employees. Mr. McGee holds degrees from N.C. State and from Columbia University (MBA).

Dr. Chris Kolanko

Dr. Chris Kolanko is Chief Scientific Officer of EyeMarker and is responsible for the corporation's research and development operations. His main objectives involve product development and market positioning. Dr. Kolanko directs the overall performance of this research. His professional experiences in both the industrial and military arenas provide necessary expertise. As an active duty Navy Officer he was assigned to the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) and the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute directing a number of military initiatives to provide and develop field deployable diagnostics and biosensors. Dr Kolanko is also the current Commanding Officer of the 4th Medical 4th Marine Combat Engineers. He was also a Research Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Company in Syracuse NY. He received his Ph.D. in Genetics from West Virginia University.

Dr. Lance Molnar

Dr. Lance Molnar is EyeMarker's Director of Clinical Research and leads all related research and development of the OSI biomarkers. Dr. Molnar has extensive research experience with a number of in vivo techniques. Dr. Molnar received his Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from West Virginia University as well as a PRAT (Pharmacology Research Associate Training) fellow at NINDS (National Institute of Neurological Disorders And Stroke (Bethesda, MD) researching the cellular basis of movement disorders, directing research to investigate the oscillatory activity of neurons in the basal ganglia and developing signal analysis programs for neuronal activity.

Robert P. Kelly, Jr.

Robert P. Kelly, Jr. is Director of Business Development. Mr. Kelly's past performance included being a founder of SiteSafe, a wireless engineering company in which he oversaw the initial organization and staffing. Mr. Kelly also orchestrated the company's eventual sale to Crown Castle International (NYSE:CCI). He has extensive experience in international business, having worked in the Former Soviet Union, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, Balkans, Middle East, Southern Africa, and the Pacific Rim while with Price Waterhouse. Mr. Kelly holds degrees from Lehigh University (BS); the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) (MIM); and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business (MSM).
